Stephanie Owen, LMFT
Many clients come to work with me at a time when they feel stuck and overwhelmed because of anxiety, a major life change or people-pleasing tendencies. Often clients feel isolated and disconnected from themselves, others and their lives. This can be a painful place to be in.
My expertise is in working with anxiety and boundary-setting in relationships. Clients have described me as patient, compassionate and kind in my approach, all of which I lean into to provide support and guidance. My work has taught me the resiliency we all have and to tap into the power within.
